Nice box! Too bad about your amp. Try a TPA3116D2 amp for $20 - should work better than Ta2020 and they are bullet proof.
Did you have TS params for salvaged drivers to calculate volume and vent sizes? Bipole is nice as it doesn't have baffle step problem.
