I have a large chassis(big heat sinks): internal 145mm high x 330mm wide x 440 mm deep.(The chassis I have is deeper than the attached pic). Top & bottom vents. I have a 1500 VA Hammond 1192V40P transformer for +/_ 55 volt rails. I have TO3 output boards that accommodate bass stoppers and emitter resistors on the boards. I don't have to deploy these but I have them and a stock pile of Onsemi TO3 devices on hand.
I have Krell Clone KSA100 MKII boards(Very nice ones) and I'm not certain I want to go down that road. I always wanted to build that amp but this may be my final 'big amp' construction project and now I'm thinking there is something better to put into the box. Simulating the Krell in LT SPICE does not give me fantastic results. The circuit seems odd in ways perhaps not practical, design wise. I don't hear/see people sing praise over and over about the Krell KSA100 MKII. I'm leery of it.
Preferably bipolar transistors and not MOSFET technology for output power.
Is there a driver PCB design with Gerbers of a PASS BJT design out there? Scalable for this? I am in the final stages of putting a large Class A amp together. 'It has to be class A'. Preferably BJT output. I need Gerbers or a board cause I can't make a 'proper' PCB if my life depended on it.
Finishing this Class A amp project this year, would be ideal and the sooner the better for my happiness.

I am just finishing off one of these now with 35VDC rails, and several other members here have built one, as described in that thread.
Please post where is the schematic and Gerbers as build.😉Explore the 'New Stasis Front End' thread by NP - your chassis is perfect for that. Schematics gerber files are all there by NP and ZenMod.
Totally class A, with BJT outputs. Build your own Threshold Stasis amp.
They are all in the first 15 pages of that thread on the Pass Labs forum pages.
