Analogspiceman complains because has no inductor sense winding but this info is cleary visible on
the page 3 sch of the posted document.
Also on the picture of page 4 is easy to count the turns ratio 20:1.
As far as I understand, every body searches for a constant frequency solution…
What about the use of a PLL control referenced to a crystal oscillator?
One could control the reference of the comparator with the PLL and force a "constant" frequency!
