Hypex Ucd400HG Amp help

I need help building the rest of my Hypex Ucd400HG amp (I have 2 UcD 400HG amps and 2 SMPS400A400 power supplies. I have everything built and I have the amp bolted to the case but now I can't figure out the last of these connections I'm suppose to make. I have already connected the red, black, and blue wires from the amp to the power supply. I've also already connected the small black wire with the yellow wire. Below are my questions I need answered. Hopefully someone can help me out.

1. How do you connect the Hypex Ucd400HG amp to the binding post? I didn't get any wires from Hypex for this part. Is there a special cable I'm suppose to use for this? (I've seen people use a cable or use two cables on black and red which I don't have)

2. How do I connect the amp/power supply to the Power Connector Euro fused?

3. How do I connect the amp/power supply to the on off switches on the front of the modu box?

4. Where do I connect the light blue and brown wires that are coming out of the power supply? (SMPS400A400)

5. What do I have to solder? I bought a soldering iron but I'm not sure what to solder.

I think the small 4 pin molex connector is what you are asking about? A picture would help explain things.
