Happy New Year Everyone,
I was reading an old thread on Hypex plate amps with built-in DSP but didn't find the answer, it's now a very long thread! 🙂 I'm thinking about creating a center channel to match my two passively crossed over L and R speakers.
Can I take data from OmniMic and convert it to the necessary files for the Hypex DSP filter design software easily?
OmniMic will export FRD as well as impulse response files but I have no idea if the format is correct or convertible.
If not, is there an easy way for me to get this data with what I have?
Since the microphone is calibrated only for OmniMic, will I need new measurement hardware? Is there a recommended solution?
Thanks,
Erik
