Hypex DS2.0 volume control not working?

I have a issue the volume control on the sub is not working.
If i turn it all the way down there is no sound, but a bit open is full blasting no matter how I turn it.
Anyone a idea what i can do to fix it?

Probably the control has been damaged. A replacement control will sort that out.
