I have a spare HP4303C true RMS meter -- 10mV to 1kV -- the 0.1 V range is wonky, but the meter works well on all the other ranges -- this is the DVM with the "dual thermopile" RMS detector so it will work from a few Hz to several hundred MHz. More acurate than the AD536 type RMS detectors used in a lot of HP and Fluke Lab type equipment.
Even with the 0.1V range out of commission you can use the 1V range and read the data off the rear binding post recorder output. Free to anyone who will pay the shipping. (packed it will weigh 12#). jack@tech-diy.com
