HP15C

My second marriage, with a American woman btw, blessed me with a generous mother-in-law. She bought me a HP15C, and it followed me through thick and thin, surviving the marriage by almost 20 years, only to be lost in my suitcase en route from Georgia, the country-not the state, to Norway. Actually it disappeared in St. Petersburg, Russia, never to be seen again. I bought a new one, actually second hand, but anyway it was received with gratitude and worship. My two daughters have graced me with a full four grandchildren, some of whom have rather sticky fingers. Anyway, my second HP15C magically vanished during a visit, also never to return. My third HP15C, I`m almost willing to admit, I have managed to loose myself.

So to my question: Do I have any thankful customer in the US who are willing to buy me one and ship it? I would prefer a nice looking unit, preferably with the sleeve intact, but it goes without saying that if not that`s not a dealbreaker.
I realise many of you will wince rather loud about my misfortune, or unability to look after my gear, but I can assure you, it`s not a situation I cherish to be in.

Offers are kindly asked to be sent by PM.

Gloating is allowed and even encouraged here.

They will have to battle my corpse to get my HP15C out of my cold fingers! I got one in 1985 and got hooked on RPN. To this day I struggle using "normal" calculators.

There are Swiss that make a copy of them that is affordable. I haven't one yet but it is high on my list. I have no connection with them, I do not have their product so I cannot comment on how it is. But it is very high on my list: https://www.swissmicros.com/product/dm15l

But shame on you for loosing 3 of them...

Got a HP16C recently at a flea market. 😀

I sold off all my vintage HP calcs and computers a few yeas ago (sold via ebay to some collector in Germany). Still have my HP-41CX (yup, not the HP-41C or 41CV, the 41CX!).

Its been thru hell and back, dropped and superglued shut, but never lost. It is one of a few things that I would run into my house to save if it was on fire (that and my Jazz Master).

I remember using it in 1986 in my Linear Algebra class at University of Illinois....with that math pack, I was able to solve up to 15 equations - 15 unknowns in a couple seconds!

Ya know you can get a cool HP-48 emulator to put on your android / iphone if you need to do a little RPN.... works great!! But nothing feels quite like those scientific HP calcs - HP-11C, HP-15C or the HP-41C series....
