HP 141T Service Manual Needed

Greetings all.
Just bought the HP141T Spectrum Analyzer. At first the set powered on without any problems. After a few min on the CRT went out. I removed the bottom cover and found one fuse (0.75A) blackened.
Anyone know where I can find the Service Manual? A free download would be best.
