I am new to this forum, but not to audio, or DIY.

I have built my own speakers enclosures and have completed a bottlehead amplifier project. Currently my focus is on competitive car audio, but hope to have that finished soon and be back into the home stuff.

I am not a EE and don't claim to know much about electronics at all. Doubt that I can be a lot of help here other than experience with car audio and some creative thinking.

Anyway this looks like a great forum, and I am glad to be a member. 🙂

I bet the actual accent doesn't really come across on the keyboard😉


Last few times I was in Europe was after they had started running the tv program "Dallas" . Everyone thought I was from Texas because they could hear the Southern accent.

But Texan and Carolina southern sure sound a lot different to me.
