i am new to the building of chip amps so please bare with me i bought brians Dual Mono chip amp Kit and was wondering how to wire the power supply boards to the amplifier boards do i need to do a jumper on the board because it looks like one power supply will power to amplifiers but with the dual mono i have two power supplys so how do i wire them also do i need to run two of these

My experience is similar to yours - I'm fairly new so take what I saw with a grain of salt.
I just built a dual-mono amp using Brian's kits, but I used two transformers. I think if you have a single transformer, then its not really dual mono and you only need one power supply board.
I'm using Avel Y236503 160VA 22V+22V Toroidal Transformer. Here is a link to how I connected my transformers to the power supply boards:

Here's another link to how I laid out my amp, except I ran the AC up the middle of the chassis instead of along the side as in the diagram:

Hi,
mono block is one amplifier in one case.
Stereo or two channel is two amplifiers in one case.
Dual mono describes nothing comprehensible.
One transformer with dual secondaries feeding dual rectifiers (as Carlos PSU in the link) is more likely to give a successful outcome when sharing a PSU between two channels in one case.

i still need help i dont know what to do i emailed brian and i have yet to here back from him and as to what you said andrewt i have two terirrods and two power supplys so i dont really understand what you are saying and i still dont really know how to wire them up
One power supply properly sized for the load will generally be cheaper and more efficient than two smaller power supplies. But having two power supplies makes for a more fault tolerant design.
