I am going to be building my projector and using it as my only tv. It will be hooked up to my computer and I already have a TV card so I can watch tv fine.
How do I hook my playstation up to the computer so I can play it through the diy projector?

Well, it depends..basically you have to tell us what you will be building your projector out of...if it is going to be hooked up by VGA you have a few options...one is to get a "line doubler" that would take you PSX's connections and turn it in to a VGA type dealie, or you could run your PSX right in to your computer using a video card with AV in. You could get one for 20 dollars..(ATI ALL IN WONDER would even work.)
there are two way to get a video signal to a PSOne lcd
composite - ok quality, some video cards better then other. easiest way to hook up the lcd too. some PSOLCDs have a composite in, but it can also be hacked in, i think its pin 6 on the PS connector. two wires
VGA - really good quality, pretty hard to do. i tryed and was unable to get a solid image, your sucess will depend on your video card being able to handle the low refresh rate required. eight wires
check out the mp3car.com board, and look for a rather long theard called 'making the rgb signal stonger' or something like that for more detail
