SMD resistors come in standard sizes. You will need to figure out which size the pads are for.

As a quick fix to get the board working you could just clean up R45 pads (maybe also R46) with soder-wick and then solder a TH resistor as in picture. The resistance is not very critical. Anything between 30-150 ohms should work.

Thank you. Working with SMD resistors is a different world from what I'm used to!

Unfortunately this will need to wait a week or so while I head out of town, but will post back with progress (or failure) when I'm back.
