I'm guessing you really mean how to design them because only your imagination limits how to fold them. If so, then size, total performance specs dictates design, which again there's way too many to choose from, so 100 dB/w depends on desired BW with quality (SQ) a function of design/folding parameters, though as a general rule, horns are best overall.
