how to liquid cool 128w led

I am planning to fix a 128 w led on a corsair h60..is it will work?...dont know about the wiring...anybody have its pictures please post it here...please help me....

Fix the LED to a mounting substrate and get an LED driver.

Thats ok...but I heard that using liquid cooling will make led much cooler than any other setup
