Buy from a major commercial distributor, not ebay. An example:

I bought a transistor off ebay that lasted 10 minutes until I unplugged my soldering iron. A glitch on the mains got through and blew it up.
So I bought a genuine part from RS and couldn't get it to blow up no matter how much noise I put on the mains.
The fake parts have a lower break down voltage and blow too easily.

before identify transistor you first know about all parameter of transistor. you first refer this what is transistor? and then decide for which purpose you want to use.there are mainly two types of transistor pnp and npn transistor. which is suitable and best that you have to decide by your own.

I dont have to decide or learn that stuff you linked. :3 the design is already done. I have the BOM i just want to know which seller sells the legit components i know about fake Chinese and ebay stuffs . Thanks
