If you look inside most all RF circuit boards you will see Hot glue beads everywhere...The most common way of damping vibrations on a cap in a board. Note that ANY variation (microphonics) of a capacitor will foul up RF tuning, hence the glue.
Of course hot glue will make for component removal very difficult....myself I would opt for Silicone,,,I would think the vibration absorption properties would be superior. M2C
