I'm trying to find a solution for those mouse-over tool tip window appearances. For me, this feature is almost useless and makes harder to follow thread titles in forums and post contents in threads.
I couldn't find a option for disable this "feature" in User CP. Is there a known solution?

Mouse over tool tips are part of the HTML code used by web designers and is always on. When you get a web title without a tool tip, it hasn't been utilized in the HTML code.
