you are being warned to stay clear of trying to attempt building equipment that meets/can pass ClassII requirements.
I recall at least three experienced posters giving the same caution, "don't try", but you persist without realising the danger to which you may expose a user.
You are danger to yourself and to others, but the bigger danger is that you seem incapable of recognising that.

Thanks for your concern. I do realize the danger. I wont try making a double insulated PSU now (I was never planning to try until I knew what I was doing), but one day I will. I will wait until I have the necessary knowledge and also qualifications if needed.
To put things in perspective, I've been building electronic stuff for over 40 years and I still wouldn't do a Class II device.
