Hi all. I have a TEAC AH500 Integrated amp that does not any direct RCA audio outs to feed the subwoofer, which my satellites will be connected to & crossed-over. Can I use one of the set of TAPE OUTS to feed the sub?
Thanks!!

The fixed tape outputs won't be controlled by the volume control.
A technician could take the signal off the mute switch, which is
just before the power amplifier, and route it to a pair of jacks on the rear.

Got ya' Rayma,, in that case, what are those 'speaker level ins' on the Polk PSW12 I'm getting? Could I connect the speaker wire from my amp to the sub's 'speaker in' & then connect my satellites to the sub's 'speaker level out'?

Cool... Unfortunately i don't have the manual, but being a long tome, school audio engineer, i soon figured that this had to be the solution, & I'm happy to hear that at least someone agrees! Thanks again!

Do the satellites have provision for removing the bass frequencies from their signal? Might not matter much.

As zozoe and rayma suggested, try Y connections (loose wires to RCA) on the amp's outputs. No need to fret about shielding.

Various mis-matches there, but might work OK. Be mindful of grounds. Worth a try, if nobody who has seen the schematic vetos the notion.
