I have a nad C352 where i want to clean the front, bought used, it has some brighter spots on the front.
What is the best way to clean it without damaging the writhing on the amp

Depends what the marks are, some may never be removable if damage has occured to the underlying layers.
A good foam cleaner such as Amberclens used in conjunction with damp wipes (like disposable face and hand wipes) is probably as good as it gets for normal cleaning. The wipes on their own can be surprisingly good at removing general grime.
Some window cleaners contain ammonia which can be damaging to some surfaces so I would avoid those.

Hard to say from that.
If the lighter marks are caused by something having bleached the underlying finish then it would not be recoverable.
If they are like stubborn water marks then suitable cleaning materials would probably help shift it. Try really hot water on a thick cloth along with a little detergent. If it makes no impression then I suspect your not going to improve on it 🙁

I can get som inline plastic cleaning spray or clean wipes for plastic

You can try but if normal cleaning isn't making any impression then its probably not looking good.
Even spray on furniture polish has pretty good cleaning abilities. Put a blob of the stuff on the panel and give it a good rub.

I can report that isopropyl alcohol disolves the paint on the amp quite well, so perhaps steer clear of that!
