You use a lint free cloth (micro fiber is best) and a special cleaner for plasma & LCD screens. Local office supply stores should have the cleaner which is sold in a spray can for about $5 or less.
Well, if the rumors I've heard are true, then DON'T USE WINDEX. (Sort of like using Lava Soap and an SOS pad to bathe a newborn baby)
use tape
Best way to do this is with super cheap clear tape-- i.e. the kind you see in an office or use to wrap gifts-- not the larger clear packing tape. Why cheapo brand? Because cheap tape has less glue on it. Lay down several rows overlapping each other-- pull=clean lcd.
Block off lcd in your design as best as possible-- the challenge.
