I am planning to buy a tube amplifier. I saw an amplifier called MC300845-AB in a Hifi store, and listened to the music come from it. Just then, I found it is the best one that I have ever seen. The sounds is soft and smooth, and the bass is deep enough. Do you think this amplifier is powerful enough as a mono block amplifier? What is most important when choosing a mono block amplifier?

Push-pull 845s? It is going to have significant power for a tube amp. Whether it is enuff (or too much) depends on your speaker, room, and how loud you want to play.

If it sounds good with your speakers, and you have the money, buy them. All that matters is how they sound to you.
