Hello Roger,
seems ok to me.
For the cascode take gm of the bottom transistor, same calculation like above.
Try a bipolar transistor. You'll be surprised! gm = Ie/UT
gm = transconductance
Ie = DC Emitter current
UT = 40mV (silicon)
