The TPA3116D2 is already bridged so connecting -Left to +Right would just short them out. There are plenty of larger class-D amps if you want more power. Look for IRS2092S .

Thanks, but I need built-in Bluetooth and small formfactor 8x6x3 cm. (3.1x2.4x1.2"), 200w mono and if possible TWS.

If it can't be bridged, I have to figure out how to use it as a 2-channel mono amplifier, with 100w for the woofer and 100w for the midrange and tweeter, without too many changes to the crossover. Unsure how to control the impendance with high frequencies for the woofer and low frequencies for the midrange and tweeter

You have what you have within your U$13 budget, use as is.

* you can´t bridge already bridged amps

* doing microsurgery to separate signal source output (aux input or bluetooth module) from power amps + finding their inputs + making a crossover and inserting it in the path is way beyond what an average user can do.

Add to that the microscopic size of things, the tiny tracks double layer PCB and of course the absolute lack of schematic.
