Hi, y'all. I've been putting together a number of suitcase boom boxes but am curious about all the ones on line that have an odd number of speakers in them. Obviously, these are MONO setups, but how are they feeding a stereo MP3 signal from a 3/8 jack to a mono amp? Just splicing the signals would result in crappy sound and at worse, a burnt amp.
