Study how the filter in/out in the section after the tone controls works and apply that to the tone control section. You may have to fiddle with the gain a bit, or you could just set the tone controls to centre position. E
I have stereo receiver Tandberg tr 2060 with built in controls for bass, treble and balance. Any idea how to bypass them ?
Disconnect the volume control's wiper. Also disconnect the input (tone) end of C645.
Connect a jumper wire between those points.
If you want to switch all this in and out, you might be able to repurpose the high/low filter switches for that.

Thanks for the reply. In this way I going to throw out the entire preamp and will remain only with volume pot. What happens to the signal level? What is the transistors role in preamp?

Done in this way, as shown in the attached file ... red line...
It is similar to what the TANDBERG's engineers have made in tr2080 receiver, only without the switch.
Llike the way how it sounds now and I think I will not even install the switch 😎.
