I am building a D1 stage but I dont know how I should biast it?

I think you have to set the trimming potmeters such that the input voltages are at the level that the DACs like to see (see DAC datasheet).

I cant find anything lika that.
But under extern amplifier connection it say that the voltage on the output pin should be the same as the voltage on the "Agnd",what ever that means?

Pin 12, AGND, is the analogue ground pin. For the DAC to work properly, the voltage at pin 11, IOUT, has to be close to the voltage at pin 12.
Pin 12 will normally be grounded and pin 11 connected to the input of the circuit you posted. You then indeed have to trim the circuit's input voltage to 0 V with respect to ground.
