Hi,
Just got a question about the Aleph 5 as I am about to buy parts for it. I am planning to use Kristijan's suggested PSU. I'm also thinking of using 2 X 500VA transformers. At 176,000uF capacitance that PSU seems OK to me, but I would like to build a stereo unit, rather than monos, are we really looking at doubling that bank of capacitance and it becomes 352,000uF. Surely this is excessive for 60W Class A...or is it.
I have read many threads over the last few months and now here comes the crunch. I need help guys...
Cheers.
