VituixCAD is simulation software, which means: garbage in = garbage out.
What I mean is that you currently might be looking into details that are smaller than the accuracy of the measurements you feed the software. A loudspeaker does not have one frequency response to hammer into a target curve. Baffle edge diffraction can result in wiggles of several dB in the on-axis response, which change as you move off-axis. Fix these on-axis and the off-axis response suffers, and vice versa. I think your reluctance to fix these wiggles might be related to this phenomenon.
