@alexberg, hope ur kidding? if what you were saying were true, there would be the need for only *one* amplifier, and the wide range we now have would all sound identical. Is that the case?

I was just sharing experience of making HV, low parasitics, no nonsense x-formers
And what was a response?
"Yea, but output impedance is so low that crappy X-formers would do just fine: 'cause the distortions of speaker are bigger"
