Some rough estimation:

Woofers = 1.75kg * 2 = 3.5kg
Tweeter = 0.36kg
Driver weight: 3.86kg

Interior parts = 1.2*0.019*0.179m = 0.00408m^3 (approx)
Front/rear baffles = 2 * 1.06*0.025*0.229m = 0.0121m^3 (approx)
Sides = 2 * 1.06*0.025*0.293m = 0.0155m^3 (approx)
Bottom/top = 2 * 0.28*0.35*0.025 = 0.0049m^3 (approx)
Base sides = 1.35*0.075*0.025 = 0.0025m^3 (approx)
Total cabinet MDF volume = 0.039m^3
MDF density = 750kg/m^3
Total cabinet weight = 0.039*750kg = 29.25kg

Total speaker weight (each) = 33.1kg

Not included are weight of wiring, crossovers, hardware, paint, etc but I didn't remove the weight of the holes in the baffles for drivers and the mouth of the transmission line so it should balance out.

I'd recommend against building this out of a generic cabinet of similar size as it is a transmission design and the internal dimensions must be identical if it is to perform as designed.

That's pretty close. (33.1 * 2.2 ~ 73 lbs.)
After finishing, mine weigh about 75-80 lbs each, IIRC.

What I am implementing for a similarly heavy tower build is to add recessed handles to the rear (PA cabinet type), and have the two rear feet replaced by fixed wheels. Therefore you can just tip it onto the rear wheels and roll it around. (Cue speaker-spike believers saying that wheels will degrade sound quality...)

Then you make the wheels touch down only after tipping. Simples.
