how large a floor gapped base to tune a little MLTL?

say its like a Zu Druid but for a Delta Pro8a - around 32 sq.inch cross-section pipe, a bit more than 24 inches tall. Target fb in the upper 60's - about how big would the base be to tune in that area with a 3/4" gap to floor via spikes? - would it be better just to use a short duct? the base would add a bit of stability - don't know if a pipe like that so small would sound good but sims ok in hornresp with a low source Z. A waveguide with compression driver would go above. Eminence's recommended half cubic foot reflex is tuned ~105

a usable 70Hz would be nice to blend with a little sub
