But an account can be closed if you really need to. An Admin can do it.

What is the expected response time if you contact support? I send an account delete request yesterday, with no response yet.

Do you track the churn ?
It may be interesting to know the reason for which people leave or ask for suspension, using a questionnaire may help even if usually return rate is low. It will require Admins to spend some time on processing but may provide some interesting insights.
