Do we have people on the forum with evaluating equipments besides their ears? OR
Someone whose opinion everyone(most) respects?
I will send one sample for evaluation.
Swede......Unlike pro-logic, my decoder truly keeps acoustic volume constant in the listening area. This avoids fatigue over prolonged listining. No ref. level signal is needed. This is unique...isn't it.
The only decoder whose specs I dont know is the Bose with Video Steering Logic.

Which market do you aim at?

Its not in IC form for financial reasons. But I have identified an alternative solution. SigmaDSP from Analog
Devices.(http://www.analog.com/SigmaDSP). It is a quality product right now but even then I am not keeping quiet. Where-ever
there is scope for improvement, I am going for it.
Forum members, do take a note of SigmaDSP. The initial investment apart, it is something fantastic.
More thoughts invited.

bimbla, I don't get who would be interested, the end user?? Is it for DVD, processors, regular stereo equipment? Low-fi, mid-fi hi-fi or high-end??

SigmaDSP
Perander.......SigmaDSP is for everyone. It has 2.1 channels.
Use it as L,R and SW or C, S and SW. Its reprogrammable, re-configurable and in conjunction with OrCAD it allows you to define your own algorithms.
It has volume controller, 7band equaliser, dynamics processor, delay blocke etc. etc. Check the web site.
For details contact me through e-mail.
And THE ENTIRE PROGRAMMING IS THROUGH GUI. NO LEARNING OF CODE LANGUAGES.
