How do i fix vintage germanium amplifier from a record player ?

OK thanks for all the help so far. I will try again tomorrow. I had enough of this for today... If anyone has a suggestion please let me know.

Oh. One more thing. These eBay transistors seem suspicious to me because when i measure from center pin to the outer pins on one pin I get a reading and on the other pin it is open circuit. But then again they don't look used and for all of them to be bad in the same way is also weird...

On all of my replacement transistors i get the same measurements. I basically put my multimeter in the diode test and go from center pin to both of the outer pins and one gives a reading as expected but other pin shows nothing.
Did i seriously get a faulty batch of transistors???

OK after further testing and research i found out that my transistors are in to92A package. Pin arrangement is ECB flat side up. Now the amp works finally. Only thing i can still notice is that the side with replaced output transistors is a bit clearer and stronger but that is probably just because output transistors are more "degraded"
Anyway thanks a lot for the help. It works now.
Edit: also I hope that this doesn't happen to anyone. It was really annoying that i fried the amp right after repairing it lol.
