Then, acceleration from the earth spinning, at the equator is 0.034; Compared to gravity g = 9.81, that isEquatorial rotation speed of 1674.4 km / h (465.1 m / s)
0.0035 g.
That is the weight lift for giraffes, that white bears don't have.

I guess adaptation to environment, including *changing* environment, accounts for a lot of living beings physical characteristics.
Bears are fat, hairy and with thick grease layers under the skin to insulate warm internals from deadly cold outside, they are also almost exclusively carnivore (not much vegetation in Arctic regions) ; guess Giraffes adapted to drought conditions (many thousands of years ago) by eating tree leaves instead of dissappearing grass.
In both cases (and all others) environment/climate being WAY more influential than minor gravity changes.

Using that metric, the moving white square in the original Atari Pong game (early 70's) was a certified UFO. My cat spent countless hours pouncing on the TV screen trying to catch the UFO.
Same goes for laser pens!
