I wanted to make pc to a factory in china but they send this messages and made me money refund.
How can i do v-cut and stam-hole in proteus ?

I use PCBCAD720 and rarely have trouble with JLCPCB.
It sounds like they dont like V score so just get single boards made.
Remove any Gerber references to V score.
JLCPCB do panelised pcb's or separate pcb's only from what I can see.
