I have J111, 112, 113 and you will find that the Idss figures for these are
typically 100 mA, 50 mA and 20 mA respectively. The J113 is your closest
substitute from that series, and is still high.

Also, of the J175, 176 you would want the J176 for the complement.

LSK and LSJ are still the best bet, and are available in the store.
