Looks great! Is it possible to get some more data on the project? Is the PCB layout and parts list available?
If I was offered such a PCB layout I wouldn´t use it because of the simple fact that you´re quite restricted in the choice of your heatsink. Even if you don´t have a problem to let the heatsink "sit" on the PCB the screws are in the way.
I´d definitely change that and move the IC to the edge of the PCB.
Otherwise it looks kinda neat.

Interesting point about the screws, but it does look like they are not polarized so could infact use them to secure the heatsink as well as chassis mount it, or at least thats what I'd do.

seems pretty big, though i guess the large caps make it that way. on my PCB design i went with smaller caps -- i can opt to use larger caps at the PSU, so why clutter the board with giant sized tanks...
