An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.
Then its just shuts down...
It goes as far as simulating for me, then crashes. It needs access to some stupid dll's that don't play nice with Wine or something.
Hornresp just started up for me with wine 0.9.56... i had the same result as above previously.
just thought some people here may be interested.

ok... well it's not perfect yet... as in it hangs and crashes on calculating driver parameters... so.. getting closer, but not there yet.
I started hornresp in a reactos vmware-machine (recent build, downloaded yesterday). It starts up, Data can be entered, but no calculation is possible. So no luck there, too, so far. Maybe the runtime environments are missing?
Ran Hornresp in Linux Mint 9 using wine 1.2.2. It appears to work ok. This is the first time I have used hornresp so don't know if everything is working as it should. It runs the calculation and doesn't crash.
Life After XP
Been playing around with Xubuntu 14.04 to replace XP on some old laptops.
Xubuntu is a bit lighter on the hardware than Ubuntu or Kubuntu. Tried Lubuntu 14.04 but just seemed to be problematical.
I did a clean Xubuntu 14.04 install and update and installed Wine 1.6.2
Downloaded Hornresp and it seems to be working fine.
The only thing I've noticed is a small graphics glitch with the slider bars in the wizards.
Calculation is a bit slow but but running on a P4 Mobile 1.8 Ghz with 1 gb of ram.
