Hook Up Wire, What should be used?

I've got a TA2020 MKIII showing up in a few days and have no clue as to what should be used for hook up wire. What should I be looking for in regards to gauge, solid vs stranded, silver plated? Also, if you have any suggestions as to where the wire can be ordered would be great too.
