Holton N-channel amplifier problem

Hello,
i have constructed the N.channel mosfet amplifier 4 years ago.
it has functoned very well since yesterday when I had the briliant idea of rebias the current.
unfortunatly i have rebiased wrong one channel with the trimmer because the tester alligator was attached bad. ( so I had a wrong reading on the tester).
After some second at high bias current, the fuse (2 AMPERE for rail) blow.
I have restored the fuse and unscrew the trimer but every time the amp blow the fuse in a second.

In your opinion what is probably broken?

Regards
D.N.

P.S. you can find the amplifier schematic here:
