About the Kanada type amplifier.
NEC606 is sold as follows though it is uncertain whether to send out foreign countries. (it is EN not dollar )

It is only information because I do not actually confirm it though the kit is sold as follows.

It is said that real value will be demonstrated only after specified parts are used as for the Kanada type. Especially, resistance is severe. For another, wiring has specified twist etc
The other Kubota type all fet amp, 0dB Buffer amp,

First of all thank you for all of you all the highly valuable information ..
I just made a mistake before two post accidentally I hit the enter button (sorry about that) if is possible to remove that post please remove it .

For me replacement they offered me (they told the best would be )2SB631K from Sanyo .
Even military use that transistor in airplanes etc .
The only problem is when I finish the amplifier and may be the sound not my taste I would always will think because not the orig driver was used in the amp .
I will wait until maybe there will be the schematic from the all mosfet version . Let see if uses the same power mosfet and the 2SK117BL what I already I purchased .
Thanks to Mlloyd1 . In these case I think the best to buy the original parts an buy the replacement and test it with both .
