BSM-AC
Hi, i have tryed the 200W BSM-AC in my Hitachi CP-X 958 past week. It worked for about 4 minutes, then the bulb exploded. I was carefully not to touch the bulb so this can not be the reason. The cooling air is led into the reflector at the screw end of the bulb so a possibility could be that the bulb was cooled to sudenly if the cement was not complete dry but i also noticed that the bulb flackered a bit when starting. So i am afraid the bulb is not sufficient. (Before i tested a few hours whith an old 150W Epson lamp that lasted.) If you got better results, please let us know. Greetings.....Wil Bos.
