HIP4081A Circuit design

Hi,
I have designed this circuit, using HIP4081A and IRF540 MOSFETs.
I need your valuable suggestions regarding this circuit design, before going on hardware implementation.
Please correct my circuit design if there is any thing wrong or missing, and please give your thoughts regarding operation of this circuit.
