Tested the HCNR200 some, as follows:
All pins at left row connected together, all pins at right row connected together.
HV applied between the rows via 1.5Meg per side. Measured directly across the device.
@3kV: 13hrs, 15 mins
@3.5kV: 20hrs, 10 mins
@4kV: 16hrs, 35 mins
No detectable leakage current. I know, as duration tests go, this is very small, but still.
Note that in my app the AC across the isolator, which is what really determines endurance, is just a few volts max, audio bandwith.
Now working in LTspice on an alternative solution, so not sure I will continue the testing.
