Developping my PSU, I have trouble due to the delay of my optocoupler.
I ' m a using an HCPL2232 (optocoupler) with logic input and outputs acceptiong +15V. I am looking for a faster one (the 2232 has a delay of 200ns).
Any references are welcome !

Hi djdamix, the 6N137 is rated at around 50nS propagation delay. I have found it to be a useful device.
Thanks a lot. After different tries, my regulation is also limited by my driver propagation time (IR2110) which is about 150ns, do you a faster driver (with both high & low side if possible ).
thanks.
David
thanks.

Since you are using a high-speed optocoupler anyway you might use two low-side-drivers. IXYS for instance has damn-fast ones:

They are significantly more expensive than the IR ones though.

If you look for a small value of capacitive coupling and high dU/dt immunity, give the inductive coupling ADUM-devices of Analog Devices a try.
