High Power Tweeter for Repelling

Hello,
I need to make an annoying noise in the high frequency which will be extremely uncomfortable to youngsters and operate to 3 meters range.

So i need a high power tweeter or several tweeters with source around 15KHz to do that.... but i never did anything involving tweeters.

Can someone adwise me how it can ve 500W tweeters for just $2.25???
What am i missing here?

Could those be piezo tweeters? Piezos are typically inexpensive.

For your project, I'd use piezos. They're cheap and you don't need a crossover. SOund quality isn't an issue, so I would think they'd be great for your project.

If their iv druggies I believe uv lights will make them go elsewhere because they can't see their veins under uv lighting.
But that would only work at night.

Any sonic device that will cover 3 meters will also radiate much much further.
