why not try the lt1166 chip
I have looked at this chip http://www.linear.com/prod/datasheet.html?datasheet=113
I Havent tryed this chip myself but I thing it's better than TDA driver chip.
Hav eany body tryed the LT1166 for high power amp.
Im not looking for high end hifi amp. But a okay amp for PA systems.
I have to pretty low cost since it's going to be build in Africa.
My friend lives there and he need a circuit for high power low cost
amp, easy to build, if posible using mj's outputs or other high power lowcost.
any advice is wellcome. jc dk

Although u're romanian I'll write u in english so evereyone can understand. You could look at the sites I've posted and u'll find out a better way to build your amplifier with fewer components. I have one just like it and it works and sounds perfect. If u want you could buy a kit already builted by Adelaida (CT). It was really cheap and for those money I'm really satisfied. Check this out: http://www.adelaida.ro/kituri/ad-020v7.pdf . This one delivers 2x200VA/2ohm, 2x150VA/4ohm and about 2x95Va/8ohm, it has Mj11015 and Mj11016 finals and I bought it wiht ~29$. U can also search for the version with the transistors TIP142, 147 (BDW83c-BDW84c) on the same site

Think about to come to my peacefull country, we have a lot of people doing power mobile machines here.
People like you cannot be a target...never!

ford_v6 I think I got it!
Forrd_V6 I think your problem is the supplying voltage. Try to lower it and you should see aprovements. With MJ transistors the voltage should be +_40Vcc and with TIP142/7 +_30, 35max!!!
Hope you solve the problem. If not I'm still looking at your scheme, maybe it's anything else. Succes!

PCB for Audio Amplifier with TDA7250?

PCB for Audio Amplifier with TDA7250?![]()
Hello!😉
Some show a PCB for an amplifier with TDA7250 and output complementary pair 2SC5200/2SA1943.

Many thanks in advance!🙄
